At LUUELA, we want you to love your K-beauty journey with us. We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days after receiving your Korean beauty products to request a return if they're not perfect for you.

Return Eligibility for K-Beauty Products To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for our K-beauty community, we accept returns only on unopened, unused, and sealed products with original packaging intact. Your skincare and beauty items must be in the exact condition you received them, with all seals, tags, and original K-beauty packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Starting Your Return Ready to return? Simply email us at Info@luuela.com with your order details. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility - we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your K-beauty products reach us safely.

Once we approve your return request, we'll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Important: Products sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.

Quality Check Upon Delivery We carefully package every K-beauty order, but please inspect your products immediately upon arrival. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect Korean beauty items, contact us right away at Info@luuela.com so we can resolve the issue and ensure you get the perfect K-beauty products you ordered.

Non-Returnable K-Beauty Items For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

-Opened or used skincare products, serums, or cosmetics

-Custom or personalized K-beauty sets

-Sale items and limited-edition K-beauty collections

-LUUELA gift cards

Exchanges Want to try a different K-beauty product? The quickest way is to return your current item and place a new order for the Korean skincare or cosmetic product you'd prefer.

European Union Rights For our EU customers: You have the right to cancel or return your K-beauty order within 7 days for any reason, no questions asked. The same condition requirements apply - products must be unopened and in original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned K-beauty products, we'll email you about your refund status. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banking processing may take additional time.
